Mitha Soda ¼ tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Dalchini Powder ½ tsp
Jaiphal ¼ tsp
Walnuts 3 tbsp chopped
Method
- Grease a 9”x 4” tin or a 7” round cake tin.
- Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius
- Sieve together wheat flour baking powder ,soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.Keep aside.
- Blend the bananas. Mash well.Add oil and powdered sugar. Beat until very smooth.
- Add vanilla essence. Mix.
- Beat eggs in a clean dry bowl till fluffy.
- Add half of the flour & half of the beaten eggs to the banana mixture. Mix well. Repeat with the left over flour & egss.
- If using walnuts, add them and & mix well.
- Pour the batter into the cake tin & bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes or till cake is done.
